CAN I FIND OUT MORE ABOUT A PAINTING I LIKE?

Details of each artwork, including the title, medium, price, and size of the artwork will be displayed underneath the painting’s image.  To see this information and the enlarged (high resolution) image of any painting, click on the small thumbnail image in the gallery.  If you would like more details, or more photographs of a painting, please contact us at info@qldartists.com

ARE PAINTINGS ABLE TO BE POSTED?

Yes!  And quite affordably too, in many cases.  An unframed watercolour painting on paper, for instance, is lightweight, and can easily be rolled and securely packaged in a postage cylinder.  Other works, especially framed works, will be heavier and require more protective packaging, but can also be posted or courier delivered.  Framed paintings that exceed Australia Post’s limitations must be courier delivered.

If you are interested in making a purchase, make a note of the artist’s name and title of work and call or email us.  All we need to know is your postcode, and we’ll get back to you with a postage quote.  Note: prices on website do not include postage unless otherwise indicated. Contact us by emailing info@qldartists.com if you have any questions about postage of any of our exhibited artworks.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A PAINTING?

We accept payments for our artworks by cheque, money order, direct deposit, or Paypal (credit card).  You will be sent these details when you have confirmed your intention to purchase.  Your artwork will be posted or couriered to you within 48 hours of receipt of your payment.  All works are sent by registered post, and require a signature on delivery.  We will contact you shortly thereafter, to ensure you are satisfied with your artwork.

WHAT IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE?

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return the artwork for a full refund (excluding postage costs).  Contact us immediately, and return the artwork within 7 days, accompanied by a statement as to why the piece is being returned.  The artwork must be returned to us in the exact condition in which it was received.  Marked or damaged returns will not be refunded.  Also, NO REFUNDS if you have simply changed your mind.
